This is the 2025 assessment fee assessment of $200 for each membership. The assessment will allow for insurance to be paid by mid October, property taxes to be paid in November, a final Emerald bill to be paid and ensure the ease of smooth opening for the 2026 season.
Memberships will have until January 1, 2026 to make this payment.
If after January 1, the $200 payment has not been received, the board will charge the $200 to the annual dues for the new 2026 season.
